Shipping Policy -
Alex and Lace (www.alexandlace.com) uses Wella Lingerie as a fulfillment center. Wella Lingerie partners with major international shipping companies namely DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS and Hong Kong Post to offer the following fulfillment and shipping methods:
- Expedited Service (DHL): 3 – 5 working days
- E-packet/ USPS: 7 – 14 days
- Airmail (Registered mail): 14 – 21 days
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the order.
It is very important to provide accurate shipping information in your order. Please be aware that the shipping companies do not deliver to a P. O. Box address and we are not responsible for any return due to wrong shipping address provided.
Tracking Number
A tracking number will be provided for you once your order has been processed. Please email us if you did not receive a tracking number after 7 working days from the date of order, or you did not receive the package after 14 days the package was sent. For remote areas, it may take additional 2 to 3 business days to reach.

- Shipping fee is calculated based on the dimensional weight for goods that are packed in box.
- Goods that are shipped in shipping bags are calculated based on actual weight.
