We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. Lingerie is deeply personal, and we are committed to helping you find the perfect fit and style that makes you feel incredible. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns and exchanges process is here to help.

The First Pair Guarantee (For New Customers)
We invite you to fall in love with your first-ever panty from Alex and Lace, risk-free. If you're not completely satisfied with the fit or feel of your first single-panty purchase, we'll happily issue a full refund or help you find a different size or style—no return required. This guarantee applies to one (1) single panty from your first order with us. If you purchase a multi-pack, simply try one pair to be eligible. The remaining unopened pairs can be returned under our standard policy.

Your 45-Day Return & Exchange Window
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. For all eligible items, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to decide if a piece is right for you.

For a full refund to your original payment method, please start your return within the first 30 days.

For a store credit, you may initiate your return up to 45 days from the delivery date.

A Note on Hygiene & Final Sale
For the health and safety of our entire community, a few select items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This is our non-negotiable standard for everyone's well-being.

All panties, thongs, and briefs (except as covered by the First Pair Guarantee).

Bodysuits and swimwear where the hygienic liner has been removed.

Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

All other items (such as bras, bralettes, and sleepwear) must be in new, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and labels securely attached. We ask that you honor this policy so we can ensure every returned piece is beautiful and ready for a new home. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

Making an Exchange (Free & Easy)
Found a style you love but need a different size or color? Exchanges are always our pleasure and are 100% free. The return shipping for all exchanges is on us.

Making a Return (Simple & Fair)
If you prefer a refund, you can easily begin your return through our online Returns Portal. A flat-rate handling and return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Honoring Our Community
All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our standards for hygiene and condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any item that doesn't meet these standards. To protect our community of customers, some high-value or frequently returned items may be shipped with a special security tag that must remain attached and untampered with for the item to be eligible for a return. This tag allows you to try on the garment at home while protecting its integrity.
